Rebuild ideas

I have just finished reassembling my t3, but it does not spin with the housings on, but when off, it does spin with a bit of effort. any ideas would be appreciated

that don't sound good, maybe it will free up a bit when it sees oil?

But it does move when the exhaust housing is off.

I even took a wire wheel to the housing to make sure that no crap was making it get stuck or sumthin

I figured it out... the clampy thing that goes around the shaft right below the exhaust wheel was a lil bent up so it wasnt spinning right. I switched it out with the old one and now all is good
