Default put turbo on, now car wont start, HELP!!!

ok, this is my setup

95 civic with a 94 GSR with a chipped P28
t3.t04e
JRC Intercooler
Greddy BOV
Tial WG
Love Fab Mani
My own DP
450cc injectors with dsm resistor box.
Using Jeffs(final.bin) as a basemap from http://www.-------------/ that i stumbled upon.

i just put my feed on today along with my injectors and resistor box. now, i used a multimeter to find out what wires went to my injectors... and i pluged up the white wire off of the resistor box(1 out of 5 wires) to the wires leading to the dead end connector and i wired the other 4 black wires to the ones going to my injectors... did i do this right??

also, i am using a BURN1 Moates burner and i have programmed my chip. i followed the instructions on how to install it, its on COM2, everything was right, i programmed it, then tested it and it said that the chip was succesfull, then i did a blank test, and it said it was not blank.

so i dont think it is a bad chip/burn, but it might be. but maybe something is wrong iwth my wiring too

HELP ME!!!!

thanks for reading this loooong threat!

Check all sensor's, maybe you left something unplugged. We need more details, does it crank? did you change any other parts while put the kit on?

when i turn my key to where the battery light comes on and all that, and my engine light is solid, i tried to check what it might be yesterday, but i couldnt get it to blink to tell me the code, so i guess i did a bad burn. i will check my spark plugs when i get home to see if it has gas. and yes it does crank over, it just wont start, like its getting no fuel or ingnition or something.

could someone please clear up on how to use the Moates burn1 then, i followed the instructions. downloaded the zip files, but the files that windows found into the file that i unzipped, its on com2, set it to 7200 instead of 9600. the driver version is set correctly because i have the same number that it said it should read (i forgot the number)

so maybe i need to order a new chip?? what would you recommend if i have to, i am using the at29c594.

thanks for the help

I agree, every time I have seen a solid CEL and you can't pull codes. It's be something wrong in the ECU. Usually the chip.
