I'd vote holes, because that's what all the big piston makers do and there must be a reason.

Holes soundmore Logical but what will happen if i use the Piston with the Grooves? How with this effect my piston cooling? I have Oil Squirters inside my engine.. So if i had to run Groove pistons will my Oil Squirters will be wasted?

holes, grooves, what ever I can put my ***** into.

my dad's friend has raced cars and built engines for a very long time (with very good results), and he is quite set on holes.
