Default Oil in spark plug holes 90 hatch d15

Went to check my spark plugs and to my horror there was oil covering the spark plugs. My question is how bad is this and what do I have to replace to fix this.

Sorry about posting in the wrong forum. I have never replaced the seals before. What is there to do? Just take off the valve cover and the seals are right there? Sorry I don't have much exp. in this type of stuff.

yeah just a few 10mm bolts and you can take it off

you could proilly just get some silicon rtv sealant and put some of that in there if you want to flat rate that ----.

Lol I have a feeling it is gonna be like that for me hopefully soon. I am just now starting to piece together a turbo kit. Next on the list to do Dpfi to Mpfi swap and finding a spare engine to build.

could also be the lower plug seals, 88-91 civc's and crx's had 2 sets of plug seals, though the lower ones are just commonly referred to as o-rings, this involves much more work to change out however.
