What do you guys use to cut the whole on the manifold to mount the elbow and adapter to the turbo?

There's got to be something I can use or purchase cheap from a tool store to make that whole.........

 

i bet most people use an air grinder with some cutting wheels

 

To cut my flange in I used an air die grinder. It was very fast. To cut in a round hole for say another elbow for an external gate I would use a hole saw at a low speed and alot of cutting oil.

 

A hole saw bit works great. Just be aware that, because of the curved radius of the log manifold, you need to use a slightly smaller bit than the diameter of the elbow.

 

I just used my die grinder, it worked good.
