Props for running 10 PSI with no intercooler. You are my hero, I blew up my engine @ 7 psi, you went to 10. Nothing like a non-intercooled engine, with a FMU and 10 psi to screw things up.
Now I have a DOHC ZC and an intercooler, but still got the FMU. The lessoned learned is that a proper setup will save you money down the road. The thing I found funny was that even after I put a hole in the block I was still able to drive the car for a few minutes, just alot rattling, I honestly thought i had just a minor problem until my mechanic showed me a hole.

i believe i could have ran long er but my head gasket gave out and over heated....main bearings were black as hell...a good sign of overheating...oil viscosity was shot and then 10psi of hot air...WHAM!...lesson learned
but i also learned what a stock d can take...imagine a well tuned intercooled d sohc....hmmmmmmmmm
