Internal wastegate actuator hitting head? T3 turbo

Hey, i've heard of problems with the T3 wastegate hitting the head and having to shave some of the head off. Anyone here have problems like this? Any advice? Im about to install and it looks like i may run into this problem.

damnit i moved this into the wrong forum....anyway..it all depends on your manifold but it be more likely that it would hit the block than the head
