NO BOOST HELP!

NO BOOST HELP!
Ok the first thing is my car has no exhaust, there's the O2 housing and that's it. I'm not sure if that's it. I'm going tomorrow to get the downpipe made and exhaust. I drove it up the block and I got it up to around 3500rpms and got nothing. I don't think there are any leaks in my piping. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Re:NO BOOST HELP!
Take your intake pipe to the turbo compressor off, start your car, look in there, see if it's spinning. If it's at least spinning then it's not ceased. Did you check your oil return line to see if oil is actually flowing through? Hrm, what else.. any leaks in the charge pipes? Hrm..

Re:NO BOOST HELP!
The turbo is probably working fine, you are just overlooking something. Is the wastegate hooked up correctly? 1 single line running from the wastegate actuator directly to the turbo compressor housing or intake manifold.
Triple check your charge pipes for ANY kind of leaks.
It wont matter if you have no exhaust, in fact it should spool even quicker.
If you dont mind risking something, do this.. (I am assuming you have a boost gauge?) ok, well disconnect the wastegate actuator.. hook nothing up to it at all. Now go drive the car VERY ------- SLOWLY get into 3rd gear, and give it about half throttle, watch and see if you are getting any boost... If you do, it will take off quickly and haul ***. So once it starts getting some boost, back off the car imediatly. Because the turbo will not stop spooling. You can easily blow your motor like this, but its an easy way to check if the turbo is working.
Good luck
Jeff

Re:NO BOOST HELP!
I GOT BOOST! I guess I was just being stupid because its working now. There is still blue looking smoke coming out of it, but I think that's because I have no exhaust piping? If I am burning oil I think it could be because the turbo hasn't be run in 6 months and it need to let the oil get to the seals, does anyone know?
