need info on log about log manifold fab??

hey!! i want to build a log manifold, i already no where to get all the flanges i just need to know where to get the tubes and the T's that go in the midle, or if anybody knows a guide or something to make that will work to!!!! oh!! is a 95 integra with and ls/vtec b16 head and b18a1 block.

I get my pipes from McMaster-Carr. They're online and always have what I need in stock. They ship quickly too. Usually received parts less than 4 days after my order.
