I can't wait to see how you're going to plumb all the various lines and what not. It will be a challenge to keep it as clean as you seem to prefer.

Couple of pointers as you start her up.
Be wary of the OEM COP coils as the energy they are capable of will stonewall the install sooner or later.
At that point it might be an idea to keep it simple and look into the Bosch motorsport WF coils-that indeed are available as 6 cyl.
DTA can run both ways,so that´s not an issue.

Now,full of respect that it isn´t me engine/car,i still fail to see the use of the nitrous-being very familiar with both(SC as well as juice)
Running launch will make you haul out of the hole regardless, and frankly speaking it makes for easier tuning than the nitrous.

Alcohol.
As i know that you´ve touched on us over here previously i guess you´re familiar with that some of us run on E85.
Summary is that it indeed holds a higher octane and the total install will run markably cooler-making higher levels of power easier to reach.
"Limmet" for instance,i presume you know of him,has used E85 solely for a number of yrs.
DO NOT however compare the E85 to pure methanol. They burn quite differently.

I think its something called POWER. He's planning on over 1000whp IIRC, which is doable on a 2.5L, but its not exactly child's play. I would suspect that he'll be using it not just to spool the snail, but as an overall poweradder.

BTW I would have made the BOV side of the pipes a 110* and 70* elbow and straight pipe, rather than 2 90*'s and 2 45*'s. Less welding too, but maybe it wouldn't fit - I can't quite see. Awsome ---- as usual.

Wouldn't fit - had to be two cast 90's. Its a 2.9L btw 2.9L 24v

So I just got a copy of Solidworks 2008 and chose your Distribution block as my first solidworks project. I couldn't find the right fittings, and the dimensions are approximate (I think the block is a tad too big) but I thought I'd share. It was something simple that I used to help me figure out how to use the program.

Nice render - only thing is, they are 1/8 NPT fittings but the inside channels (the through holes) are < 1/16" so as to avoid pressure drop and keep the nitrous from returning to liquid state due to expansion. Minor details

Here are some cool pics from tonight - took 4 hrs to get these lines just right
