I fabbed up a turbo kit on my 08 CBR1000RR and I want to run a very low psi to start with. I would like to find something that is open around 4psi or so. Does any factory cars come with a wastegate like this? Any aftermarket support for something in this range?

try a td04hl-15t. im pretty sure the gate opens at 4psi or 5

 

stock srt-4 wastgate should be 5psi

 

I think the stock TD04 wastegates open around 6-6.5 psi, at least mine do. I wonder if there are any out there which you can take apart and put a lighter spring in.

internal or external wastegate?
if its an internal wastegate just lengthen the actuator rod.
