does the car idle rough? is there blowby coming out of the oil cap? sounds like rings to me. I had the same problem, I also had 4 cracked pistons. good luck and we wanna see pics. and some times compression test don't tell all, on my 4 broke pistons 2 of them still had 175 compression.
