You'll want to tig the ITB's onto the manifold you use/make. Those rubber couplers will only give you problems.

A friend of mine fitted jenvey's to his turbo'ed 205GTi and said they did little to improve the car and he sold them soon afterwards. Improved throttle response was the major gain, but it didn't improve spool much.

i wouldnt expect ITB's to improve spool at all really. i could see them making more power thus spooling the turbo a little quicker, but that wouldnt be a goal of mine by installing them
