Default ITB's, how to tune them on obdo pr3 ecu? what programs and sutch

i just got some home made itbs, there gsxr 1000's and they have ran on another car, they made 16whp on the dyno kinda tuned over a stock manifold. well, i have herd that its hard to tune them and what not, i just wanted to know what programs i could use. i dont really want to go obd1, so if u guys could please help me. i know its not a turbo lol, but im building a motor for turbo, and while i do that i want to have a decently fast street car, its already 11-5-1 cp so ya, i also got some crower stage 3 cams and ---- on the way. so that will help them with the powerband. but ya, just tell me my options i have for tuning please, and things/ tips u have for me while useing them. -blake :P

Two options:

Convert to OBD1 and run CROME's Alpha-N blended MAP/TPS stunna plugin.

or

Use your PR3 with a vacuum log and a seriously reworked fuel map.

I have tuned both before, and CROME is well worth the conversion hands down.
