Default Issue with Turbosmart Dual Stage Boost COntroller

I picked this up the other night. I have it all the way "open", which should just use the wastegate spring setting, right? My spring is 5 or 6 lbs. With it like that, I hit 10lbs.

I want to have my low boost setting at 6lbs, and high boost at 10lbs.

Any ideas on why with it all the way open, it pushes up to 10lbs?

If it is all the way open then it should deffinatly run off of the wastegate's boost setting!
