i have a turbo xs dual stage boost controller of my civic that im not useing any more in good condition like new

you can adjust you boost with this controller thats all it good for you can set one stage to one setting and flip a switch and you have more boost

I realize that but you must have to have a "dual stage" fuel/timing map in order to use this, right? I mean you will obviously run horribly rich on the low setting if you are tuned on the high.

no tuning is required, as long as your maps are a good up to the highest level of boost u use
