how much boost can i run with 9:1 je piston and eagle rods without any block filler or block guard. i know everybody is having issues with the block guard. the machine shop said the if i put block filler or block guard that i'm going to over heated. so i was wonder how much will the stock wall hold up. it is a stock bore. thanks

 

depends on your tuning. with eagle rods and pistons, i think u would be safe up to 14 psi well tuned.

also what motor are you running?

 

sorry a b16a1 with a zdyne ecu pm6 with b16a software i guess. with 450 dsm injectors, aem fuel rail, aem fuel pressure regualtor, on the head just crower taitauim retainers and a 5 angle valve job.
