Beats me, How wide? from each port? I dont know what size you are trying to determine?
I would go
1/2 thick
and however long it needs to be. Just get a gasket as a templete to see the dimensions.

Does anyone want to help out for a Group-Buy on D-series head flanges?
Cheapturbo.com can make em, I just need to order 10 for them to write up a program for their CNC machine, after they do that, they'll have the program on file, and hopefully will be able to make them for whoever wants em after that...
