Default iat sensor

i just started thinking about what i have to change between using a cai and turbo. i know i will have to put a breather filter on my valve cover because the vacuum line will be deleted from the charge pipe, but what about the intake air sensor? do i just drill a hole in my charge intake pipe just like on my cai? how much psi can these typically take without being blown out of the charge pipe?

The intake temp sensor should not matter if it sees boost or not, it reads temp, and shouldnt have any problem at all. and yes simply put it in your upper charge pipe.
