Beats me, How wide? from each port? I dont know what size you are trying to determine?

I would go

1/2 thick
and however long it needs to be. Just get a gasket as a templete to see the dimensions.

If they turn out well, I'd be in for one as long as the price is reasonable.

Hmm...
Well that is a little more than I wanted to spend, but maybe he'll knock the price down a lil if I buy a few..

Thanks for the tip!

If you can get it, get 2 3/4". Thats what mine was anyway. Also, I ordered enough material to make 10 B-series flanges. Im quoting $60 shipped to anyone who wants one(gonna be awhile, the material is still in shipping(damn freight!)). There will only be 5 available as well.

Dammit!
I want some D-series ones!

Does anyone want to help out for a Group-Buy on D-series head flanges?

Cheapturbo.com can make em, I just need to order 10 for them to write up a program for their CNC machine, after they do that, they'll have the program on file, and hopefully will be able to make them for whoever wants em after that...

Ok, this thread will be continued in the Classifieds, I made a groupbuy post, and have all the information from Ken over at cheapturbo posted there.
