Default HAVING A PROBLEM

ok here is the setup
d16z6, 450cc injects, t2/t28 hybrid, trims are 42./60.
fmic and uberdata programming boosting to 16 lbs max
the problem i just rebuilt the turbo 6 weeks ago and now
shes spitting oil out the compressor side the turbo has play , when i am boosting around 5 lbs, i hear the bov go off on the right side of the engine bay (where it is located) and when i am boosting 10 lbs. or more the bov sound comes from the left side is the pressure building up to mush that the bov cannot relaese all the boost from the turbo or do i need to relocate the bov closer to the turbo , since i have shaft play now can i fit a holset t4 on the d series and will it work trims are .60/ 72.
any info would be helpful

your bov could be too stiff?? and i don't think moving it closer to the turbo will make any difference..someone correct me if i'm wrong
