i just found out that the turbo i have is set to 11psi on the stock wastgate... i know how to build a manual boost controler, but that will only raise the boost... how can i lower the boost? make the wastegate stay open a bit at all times?

 

You will have to find a wastegate actuator that is set lower, and modify it to work with your setup.

check through this forum, their are other ways.
