Have you checked the intercooler for leaks itself? HaHa just messin wit ya. Anyway how bout the timing?

I think its the FMU. Fmus sorta suck, and they make cars run shitty unless it's pegged at full boost and full throttle.

My car acts like an on/off switch, like I'm either idling or driving slow, and it doesn't act right until I floor it and it's at full boost.

Id suggest pulling your plugs and setting your gap tighter. .30 should be good.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge to see what the FMU is doing? At 5psi id suggest you be in the area of 65ish psi fuel.
How long does it take for your plugs to foul? Do you get any black smoke out of the exhaust when you go WOT?
