Default hesitation problem

my newly turbo'd car started hesitating and it seems like its getting worse. it especially does it when i give it some gas. the tack jumps up about a thousand degrees too which leads me to think it might be electrical. what could cause this? a loose ground wire? Thanks guys & gals
