dang.... gotta figure out what is up with that. Not trying to down you man. I made more HP/TQ than that on a VAFC "hack" street tune (no wide band). I think that you should definitely improve the fuel set-up and management....

Goodluck bro.

Did it really? In ALL honesty Josh did your GS-R dyno over 160whp? I have a freind made 193whp off a 65shot of nitrous and was just curious.

good god dude, get some injectors, and get some plugs that actually hold some heat

Mid-160 whp on stock 240cc injectors, with bsfc of .60-.65 = at or over 100% duty. Be real careful of that, you're walking on thin ice.

Stock GSR typically 151-ish whp. Some run stronger, respond okay to light bolt ons. Not mentioning varying dyno calibrations. Low 160's is common for stock ITR, btw.

Most nitrous kits run super rich, down into the 9:1 AFRs. While generally making good power, your friend is probably losing a little bit due to rich misfires and un-ideal ignition timing.

hahahahaaaaahahaaaaa

anyways, thanks guys for your replies .. It was my first dyno ever, so it was about what I expected. As for the money that I spent on the car - I had to make it reliable, and that's what it is ... I could make more power if I wanted at that boost - just up 2 degrees and I'll add 15WHP, but I'm going for reliability rather than for power, it's my dailiy driver

also I had to pass emissions so that's why my stock cat is still on. And guess what, I passed at 5psi :) :) :)

from here on I'd switch the management system and install my RCs, and then shoot for over 200 WHP. I just didn't like how EManage controls bigger injectors, that's why I put my stock ones back in

Ha....You always have REALLY good answers. However, JD, he had it tuned by the local import gurus if you will on a dyno.
