I am not 100 percent sure how they work. But doesn't the supercharger kits come with a map diffuser or something that keeps it from seeing boost in the first place.

what are you using for an exhaust? A pinched off or insufficient exaust will make you ping to kingdom come

That could be part of it. Also, where did you have the fmu hooked up? before or after the blower?
Ok, I'm pretty ignorant about this supercharging kit, being more of a turbo guy and not interested in JR in the least. But it seems some people have to relocate their map sensor when installing it. Did you move it back when you got rid of the fmu?

I didn't touch any sensor when I removed the FMU, all I did was take it off....

I still have stock exhaust system (like 1"and 3/4 or so, don't know?) , with a 4-2-1 headers ... can that be my problem?

2" 1/2 is going to be installed next week by the way, it was already on the "to do" things

look into good ignition components too. how old are your spark plug wires?

changed the spark plugs yesterday for NGK G-power (or something... excuse me cuz im drunk atm!) colder spark plugs... didn't solve the problem!

vive le francaiiiiiis ca s'écrit tellement mieux quand on est saoul estie :|

just FYI, even after all the tuning i went through with my last setup, a shitty set of spark plug wires still owned my last motor from detonating.
