Default project problems SAFCII B18B1 need help PLEASE!!!

Cranked her up today for the first time and here are the problems

-irratic idle. - idles at 800rpms for 2minutes then drops to like 200rpms trying to cut off then it jumps back up after a minute of low idling.

CAN'T REV PAST 4000RPMS - car spuders and just spuders at 4000. Plenty of black smoke.

Compressor surge with no boost!!!- I can rev it up to like around 3800 and can here compressor surge when I let off.

SAFC settings
low -40 and high -38 both are the same all the way across.

Car runs too rich. Adjusted my FPR to 20psi with vaccum line on. Helped but still blowing out plenty black smoke when it spudders from not being able to rev past 4000rpms.

Setup-
450cc mitsu blue top injectors
T3/T4B 60AR compressor 48AR exhaust
Spearco Intercooler 32x8x3.5"
8AN stainless fuel line from pump to engine
AEM high volume rail
Aeromotive adj FPR
Endyn Bosche inline fuel pump 405lph
MSD 6AL w/ blaster coil
NGK 7 series plugs
Timing almost all the way retarded

What can be my problems? I haven't put it on the road yet because I want to be able to idle and rev past 4000 before I get on the street.

I tried leaning out the SAFCII but no luck. I lowered the fuel preasure with a little help but still pours out gas at 4000 when it can't rev anymore.

PLEASE HELP!!!

The ECU is fine, the car did the same thing when I tried running the 450cc with no turbo nor SAFC2. I mounted the O2 sensor where the internal wastegate hole is. Do you think I ruined it by putting it there?

The IACV is good because I tested it out with the piping off. The motor only has 17,000miles on it. I have the timing totally retarded, do you think that could be the problem?

My fuel pressure is at 20psi with the vaccum line on. Do you think that could be the problem?

A new O2 sensor is $200+ and I am now strapped for cash. Any other solutions?

When I rev it past 3k it start dumping mad fuel. I know there was a guy with a simular problem that posted not too long ago but I can't find the topic. Anyone one else have any ideas? I don't want to drive it unless I can use my entire RPM band.

HELP PLEASE!!!!

Found the problem, my ghetto PVC charge piping kept blowing off. Took care of it with some Heavy Duty PVC Cement.

Revs fine but my idle still goes up and then comes down. I am running 20psi of fuel pressure because that is the only pressure the car will idle at.

I may have to raise the fuel pressure once I put it on the street and it sees real boost. Pics coming soon.
