The can job was just something to do. I got in a front end wreck that destroyed the front bumper, fenders, headlights, and hood. So, rather then pay a large amount to get the car painted, I decided to try the whole rustoleum paint job thing. It actualy turned out really well, for the 60$ in paint I spent on it. The car is designed to be a strip/street car-- I don't have time to worry about how clean my paint is, so if something ***** the paint up (which its actually extremely durable)-- I have another case of touch-up paint in the garage
It suits me well. The money has been spent primarily on the motor. When it gets sunny out here, I'll take better pics of the car now that its all complete, and I'll be able to show you more shots of the paint. If anyone needs help with paint let me know.

anyways nice looking project looks good for a spray can job and I dig the valve cover brings out the ricer in me, I'm from central ky so I'm not that far away I have alot of family up in ohio. The reason why your getting flamed is because after hotrex was banned for a year the offical noob basher, everyone else decided they wanted to be like hotrex and started flaming everybody and requesting **** so they could go jack off instead of spending time on actually working on a car.

Anyways I think the rattle can paint job looks great! The motor looks like it has a lot of potential. Do you already have a Turbo kit together? If so post some pics of the parts. I'll be watching this build as it comes together.
