SIR first ok THANKYOU

and i ran the turbo for 1 minute with no OIL just to check for air leaks and ihave NO AIR LEAKS !

and yes my turbo IHI RHB5 is set at 8psi, and the wastegate nippole and the compressor cousing nippole are right next to each other so does it matterif i just put a littel line or should i make it longer ?

and last i have my BOV hooked up to the intake port for the PC VALVE, is that ok ? and the pc valve i have hooked up to a catch can right ?

and the map sensor fom the 91 cvic has line with 5 check valves that are hooked up straight to the intake mani correct e please, and your paypal is turbocivic6776@aol.com what $$ u think is fair ? or mabey is there a hondapart ur looking for as i have a honda shop ?

FUEL CONTROL/MANAGMENT, i do nt careif this makes all the horsepower and how ong it last i just want t hear it, and run it and feel a slight difference, so my question is do i need fue managment ? or will my fuel setub b ok for a bit , and then chip my cu and run richr and urbo ecu ?

Dont run a turbo with no oil, NEVER, even if its just idling.

And don't actually send people money for helping you out, we can do that for free.

He is right you dont have to send me anything but i will accept if you really want to

Also i dont run a catch can so i cant help ya there, but the line from your compressor to your wastegate can be long or short ( probably better to be short )
As for management you will at very least need to run an FMU which i would not reccomend.
I would get some DSM 450cc injectors and a basemap from xenocron it would cost you maybe $100 if you are able to read and chip it yourself, otherwise send him your ecu for idk i think its like $80 and get some injectors for cheap, check the local junkyard for cars with big injectors and make sure u have your injectors before you get an ecu shipped because he will chip it according to your injector size.

limp mode is a safe mode that takes power away from your engine i think its more or less safe fuel maps.

oh and for your ecu, you need more fuel and a dx ecu will not do that, you have a few options.
A FMU is cheap and simple to hook up but not a good choice. It raises fuel pressure at a ratio to boost. For example a 12:1 FMU will raise fuel pressure 12 psi per 1 psi of boost you run. so if you run 8 psi it will raise fuel pressure 96 psi over stock which would be 128psi fuel pressure which will actually push/force more fuel into the engine under boost and you keep your stock injectors but depending on the ratio you go with u will more then likely have to get a better fuel pump.
you could get say a supra turbo pump, or mustang pump, or buy a $100 walbro pump made for your car like a stock replacement just capable of alot more fuel.

Another option is to get a Apexi SAFC which is also not a very good option and you would need bigger injectors and someone to tune it and it is more expensive then chipping your ecu which is 100 time better.

If you want to feel boost for more then one pull i would deff. get some kind of fuel management.

Not only will the reliability of your engine depend on this but so will the power that it puts out plus an ecu will take care of the check valves, you would just remove them because your ecu will need to use the map sensor to see boost to change the map accordingly.

To sum it up i wouldnt waste my time going through all of the work and time putting a turbo on w/o some decent engine management.
