If Pat is in mid 11s at WOT then why wouldn't he shoot for low 12s?

Because low 12's is too lean at any respectable amount of boost.

word, its called conservative tuning...why do you think he's been able to rape 10-14psi (depening on mood) for well over a year without any issues?
