Ok. Well I'm sitting around here thinking. What would I need to boost 10psi? My setup to be installed is: d16y7 obd2, o2sim, 14b, tyrus IC, dsm 450's, smc 500, walbro 255lph pump, msd btm, custom mandrel charge pipes. Just wanna see what my limits are. Planning to get dyno tuned at garage advance a week or so after install.

well the higher you go the more risks that are involved. You have all the things you need to get there. but to get there and STAY there for a decent amount of time w/o killin your engine you will need to tune it very well.

what kinda car is this?? ur 96-97 delsol?

too bad you werent obd1. Id say get hondata or a uberchip. WAY more flexable then the SMC.

Yeah. I'm eventually going to take that route. My final goal for this engine is a mini me @ 10psi stable. This will probably not be accomplished until atleast this time next year. So for right now. I'm too cheap to retrograde. What is my main risk? Not enough fuel? Anyone ever modified their IM for a few more injectors?

I guess I'll mention running 10 when I get it dyno tuned in a few months.

Also over time what would change? Isnt it basically just leaning out thats the big deal? So if I'm ok at 10psi why wouldnt it last?

the extra power and the amount of raping your going to give the motor will shorten its life.
