Re: Crack in my CC-Fab log? *Update 2*
i went 13.8 at 103 last night with my cracked cc-fab, ill deal with the little tiny crack. i havent got a chance to fix it yet, but i will soon. mine has an external gate elbow welded on, so it wont crack the same way Yuri's did.
and to clarify, the bandwagon haters need to back off a bit. Josh makes a good product for the money. can u buy better products? sure. will they cost you almost 2x as much? yup. i dont mind having to weld my $140 log manifold, it was cheap as hell, and i have access to a flux core, so who gives a ----? so i have to take it off, no big deal.
bottom line is, i only meantioned mine cause there was a thread about it. i didnt even PM josh about fixing it, cause i really didnt care. and truth is, when im ready to sell it, ill still get more money than i paid for it, so its stil worth it for me

Well, my log is fixed. Cost me 20$ but whatever, my car sounds a lot better now.
On the downside, All four of my bolts on the t3 flange got owned by my superior musculature and were stripped silly. I got two new ones to fit perfect, a third that screws in halfway, and the last back corner wont bolt up at all. I'll have to tap it or something, I'll live with it for now. Leaking less exhuast then the cracks were :1.
Oh, and overall, I gained about 2-300rpms worth of spool time.
