Re: Crack in my CC-Fab log? *Update 2*
Not standing up for josh, but out of all of the manifolds he has built it doesnt sound like hes got to bad of a failure rate. there is a failure rate in anything you do. its simple. not to mention, this was one of his "first" manifolds, so you were ultimently the test mule. that obviously came with the price. Look at people like James @ BMC. He used to sell manis at somewhat cheap prices, now his game has stepped up a notch along with his prices and with the pics of his boosted s2k it seems as if he isnt doing to bad for himself.
josh's only downfall, he needs to organize his ----. im guessing that he probably had no idea how much this ---- was going to take off nor what was involved once it did take off. didnt he start this as a side job...

The above manifold is welded by the same guy that used to do most of Pheonix Turbo's manifolds. From the looks of the welds, they appear in one shot undercut but the closeups show otherwise. I'd the welds are probably just fine as these welds show some penetration rather than just some surface welds that don't appear to be undercut.

You give people too much credit. Remember, these are the same douchebags that expected something to be shipped on time from Hotrex.
I never would have thought other people's misery could be so hilarious.
