Crack in my CC-Fab log? *Update 2*

Re: Crack in my CC-Fab log? *Update 1*
Yea, in one day it went from a 2 inch long crack to a full split log. I'll weld a second flange on, move the orginal and go TT.
Anyways, going down to Chris tommorow, hopefully he can fix this. Should I get everything rewelded? Are all of these welds ---- or just the two that cracked?

Re: Crack in my CC-Fab log? *Update 1*
Although Hotrex may have been welding longer, I'd pay the extra $100 or so dollars to get my manifold on time. I've had to re-schedule my tuner / welder (down pipe) twice now. Hes promised me certain dates and has failed. I'm thinking i might just order another one from LSD or somthing. Once my hotrex manifold gets in about another month, i'll sell it.
Most frustrating transaction i've ever done and Dam me for not researching the seller before i bought.

food. your manifold will be to you any day now. i shipped it usps.
as for the 2 manis that cracked. seems to be the trend for those logs made with mild steel box sections. i havent had any probs with the newer logs and all manis now are double passed and i know they will NEVER crack.
smiley tools madness and dissimilar metals seem to be the culprit.
food, your mani will never crack. the new miller brought up the quality 10 fold.
ill post some pics, and for those expert bench welders , i weld my passes and a min of 110 amps, and head flanges arw welded at 150am

That would be my smart *** touching it with gloves on while trying to change charge couplers at a redlight at the sunday races.
I actually got someone local to do it instead of Chris so hopefully I can go to school/work tommorow. We shall see what it looks like, Ill get pictures up tommorw night if all goes well. I need a new gasket though for the turbo just realized you can't reuse "orange" flange goo that disappeared entirely.
