Couple of questions...plz read
1) Will I pass inspection with a turbo in the car?
2) How much psi can I boost with a TEO4H turbo and safely use an FMU. I have read 6 psi but I was thinking that a larger turbo pushing 6 psi is not the same thing as a smaller turbo pushing 6 psi. Can an FMU handle 8 psi with this turbo?

That's a pretty small turbo, sure you can't score something better? If it's the chrylser one then it has that wacky trapazoid flange.
Why don't you keep your stock setup and swap it over when going for inspection? You're going to have to buy a nice catalytic converter and probably swap fuel injectors for instpection anyways.. you could always just lean the car out right before hand.

2) 8psi is pushing it on the FMU and you are correct 6psi is not the same on a larger turbo as on the smaller turbo--its all about the CFM's

there is a guy in my town with a PT cruiser (gay) with a hahn racecraft turbo kit. well, after blowing his stock block @5psi (he said it was a boost spike, whatever), he now has a stock srt4 block. anyways, this guy is running 15psi on an FMU and thinks thats fine. you *KNOW* he has to have ATLEAST 100psi fuel pressure..
