It really sounds as though you may have a faulty temp sensor like darkelvis said. If the ecu thinks that your car is cold when its hot it will dump in more fuel because when cold fuel won't vaporize as well, and your car needs more fuel to fire. So it may be flooding the ---- out of it when its unnecessary. I would have tried that before changing out the injectors.
