The problem is their independent rear suspension. You'll typically see a regular corvette (ls1) run in the mid 13's, possibly low 13's if they're a good driver. They'll make about 300 wheel horse out of the box with about 340 ft/lbs of torque, which moves them pretty fast. I would suspect that if the cavy guy was making ~240 whp, he could take one.

has top feed injectors, rollar rockers, and a getrag transmission........

and my motor only has 100000 KM on it ..... so like what .....70000 mi.....

those thing combined really make my cavalier LOVE boost..........
and thats the best part..... everyone just thinks its a "CAVALIER"

remember when the numbers are so close....... and the weight is so different.... because I am front wheel drive........ the weight of my motor and turbo and heavy manifold etc.... is over the front wheels........

it's all about the driver..... I know I can drive my cavi well..... 14.0 is damn fast for a cavi on 6 psi...... move that up to 10.8 psi..... around 10hp per pound of boost......so I added another 50BHP lets say.....and a 3" exhaust....

so 14.0 becomes.......... well.... we will have to see this summer..........

around 300 WHP out of the box is nothing special .... specially from a 3200lbs car........ the corvette I raced..... since it was a guy I know now ... (we stopped after to chat because he was )

You need to calm down buddy. I just supported what you said, so chill the ---- out. STI's are slow, don't don't think you can compare it to a C5 Corvette. They make about 245 horse to the wheels through drivetrain loss.

That is a honda B series, which time and time again will produce more hp than torque because it makes power at higher rpm, not lower. Do a search on here, there are plenty of D16's, with smaller turbos, that create more torque than horsepower. If you knew anything about port velocity, you would know that it typically reduces torque numbers.
