Hmm...that's something i didn't even think about, i'll have to check. It originally was an auto that was swapped to a 5 spd. As for the motor itself, it's pretty much exactly like the mazda version (he even has the mazda valve cover on it), but i don't know the exact engine code.

His afr's are rich as ----, low 10's across the board. When he first got it running it was even richer and didn't even want to run. I took alot of fuel out, but no matter what i tried, it always had that stumble. I don't know if it will make a difference or not, but his bov is not recirced back into the maf sensor, but yet he doesn't have the stumbling problem that's normally associated with an open recirc. It just breaks up really bad between 4-5k rpm's, under load and at a stop.

Ehh, not really considering it's a walbro. Heck, my civic runs at 65 psi at idle...anything lower and it goes bonkers.

I wish I had some pics...shoulda took some while I was there...I might be able to get some this weekend if he's around.

Dude no offence but you are wrong really wrong. Ok here it is in a nutshell, B6 is in the 90-93 miata and some mercury capris, and was only a 1.6L, BP was the 1.8L offered in the 91-96 escort GT's, some mazda protege's, 94 up miata's some Kias as well. And the intake and exhaust are diff but not switched around. The miata T/B faces towards the cam gears as to where it was the rest it faced the dist side. The exhaust mani is diff only due to being either FWD or RWD fitment. The intake in the miata also didnt have the VICS system the others got. But the miatas got soild lifters on certain years. There is also a B6T and a BPT but I dont want to confuse you with those.
