Default boosting a stock d15b7 civic motor

ok my car just broke 200 000 kms but is still a stronge motor(stock) i was wondering if i could boost it without hurting it to bad(make it last the summer)
.... i dont have big bucks and i want so more power this summer .so i figure i can boost it (it will be my first turbo,so use this as atest motor) i only want 7lbs of boost my questions are :

1.what compresser should i use(i just want a small 1)?
2. i plan on getting somekind of mangement system, but do i need to upgrade my injectors(remember only 7 lbs of boost)?
3. do some turbo compressers come built-in waste gates?
