Any one use Galvanized Steel Clamps? T-bolts are too bling bling...

-40° to +375° F. and Torque is 15-20 in.-lbs.
are they any good? enough clamping force w/ these? im thinking about getting some since the slotted stainless steel ones tend to tear up the couplers.

can you spot the coathangers? I use clamps from old toyotas and whatever else I can hide in my toolbag at the junkyard. The wire kind are my favorite.
If i ever break any of these I may start using some exhaust u-bolts and brick strap for clamps....

Im going to go out on a limb here and say they will work. Although I have never tried this exact style of clamp it looks like it accomplishes the same task as any other clamp.
order some from the interweb..there about 2.50 a peice, all stainless, and have another band of steel under the screw part so it never touches the coupler
