On a B16, you should really stick with the t3 0.48 a/r turbine.
compressor wise, the t3 60 trim, super 60 and t04 S trim will all work with great result and they all flow enough to blow the engine so unless you're planning to forge the internal in a near future, just the 60 trim T3 will be the fastest spooling one and will sustain max efficiency to redline easily.

Re: best turbo for my set up....?...
Yes, a t3 t4 with 0.48 ar turbine is fine on most B16 engines.
I always recommend the watercooling with the 0.48 a/r turbine.
Some people may use the 0.63 turbine on a base model B16 but on a car with less than 150 HP stock, it's overkill.
I did turbocharge some B16 Vtec JDM. Those have 160 HP stock. the 0.63 ar turbine is more appropriate on those but that's a rather rare engine. Most usdm B16 are happier with the 0.48ar turbine
In the T04B compressors familly, there's no 60 trim. you can pick 48, 54, 63 and 70. only the 48 and 54 are good for 200HP. the 63 and 70 are good for 400+ HP. They are too large.
In the t04E familly, you can have the 60 trim but it's overkill if your goal is 200HP because at 200 HP, you are not even close to enter in the max efficiency zone of this turbo. However, the 40 and 46 trim t04e could work but they will be Top end turbos.
My call remains unchanged for 200HP on a b16: T3 60 trim or super 60. almost instant spool up. and still, some capacity for at least 50 HP over your 200 HP goal. v( in case you want to push it further)
Again don'T forget: the best turbo is the smallest one that is big enough to satisfy your needs. Any larger than that, it will still work, but you'll gain nothing but lag.
