ANy ideas on manifold for 5sfe

well i was gonna get a 3sgte mani for my camry-t but all of them are so fucked up , its crazy. can i get an estimate from anyone on here on how much one would cost? the 5sfe block has same mani as a 3sgte,

find a flange, buy elbows and have one made

whats is so wrong with these factory manifolds...if they crack weld them up, or try an aftermarket one for the other motor (mr2 motor right)
