What do you want us to say? Brand X turbokit?

Todd may or may not have made a jig for the manifold he made for a 99 Cav with the Ecotec 2.2.
It was running a Mitsu 16G, with SDS EIC (additional injector controller) for fuel and a BTM, but the project kinda got fucked due to being an automatic car.

More to the car being a brand new POS.. My suggestion is sell it and buy a honda.
My manifold is for the 2.4L enigne. if you want it I will sell it for $75 shipped. its a steel log manifold. it can use any of the dsm turbos.
I don't have a flange cut for the 2.2L ecotec. Although it might be the same as the 2.4L I really don't know.

hold up there I have a honda I already know about the domestics I use to have one till I got smart, my friend that I work with has the Sunfire.....just asking, he has looked every where but cannot find anything out there...

for a turbo kit: turbo, manifold, dp, wastegate, and engine mgt. thats all u need, but who knows if it will blow up, look at jeff's first turbo zc for an example of a simple install.
theres some supercharger kit for that car from the factory i think but other than that sell it and buy a non girly car. hahah a sunfire, damn get mad chicks in that, now all u need is a fart can and a non matching wing. of course you can always put nitrous on it but its still a sunfire.

i used to have a sunfire gt and ended up selling it just before i got the turbo kit done for it. guess what i have now 
honda...hint hint.
anyways...they are a pretty good motor for turbo...but they get weak when you start breaking 200whp. the 2.4 stock manifold on the sunfire gt works like an hf manifold.
i wish i knew more about he ecotec to help ya...best advice i can give ya is go to: www.j-body.org
there is a pretty large group of people there that either have there kit done or are working on them.

I really can't stand to work on a GM FWD, they blow goat ****. But, I have a little respect for the chassis if not a lot of knowledge.
Todd remembers the black Sunfire that was hanging with me the evening we got my CRX turbo'd. I could have gently walked it, but the CRX felt squirrelly at speed and my tires sucked. This was about ten minutes after lining up next to a new Z28 - the Z28 got a car length on the launch and a second car length by 70 (60 mph zone) which isn't bad for a 150K B18A billowing oil smoke under boost.

And he was running only 4psi with my heavy *** in the car. We have nothing but problems with our cavalier. In all seriousness I say don't touch the car. Now are freekin headlights are not working. 31,000 miles on the stupid thing. first thing. Wiring harness to the transmission rubbed itself through and burnt the computer. Gm gave me the run around because it was modified. Would not work on it but still found their way to charge me. Next the driver window won't go up and down.. get a new motor.. that one doesn't work either. the stupid gm plugs can't carry the current. Now the high beams quit. Lows work, when you hit the highs the marker lights turn off on one side.. This car is junk.
On that note.. Anyone wanna buy it? Working on unloading it and getting another honda for her.
