b20/vtec home made t3/t4 e or b turbo? anyone done? any ideas? PLEASE HELP!!!!
Hey Guys
I got a JDM b20b block
JDM b16a SiR head on it
MSD 6al ignition
42lbs injectors
3" thermal turbo exhaust
im missing a turbokit though... thats where im looking for your guys's help.
i spent a lot of money getting all that ----, and i would like to buy a RevHard Stage 2 t3/t4e or b turbokit... but I cant afford 3500 for it.
i have around 2000, or 2500 at mostish...
anybody have a good idea on how i can get pretty much the same turbokit as the revhard? i dont want a delgate wastegate though, i hard the dont hold as good, so i was thinking tail or something good 9-7 psi, and also either an hks or greddy type s BOV.
this would be A HUGE HUGE help guys!! seriously!!

first off turbo questions dont belong in the hybrid/tech section...
what kind of car is this in? i hope there is a Hondata on your list of parts soon.
there are many differnt trims of the t3/t4 turbo i dont see a specified size?!?! i think you need to go big with the B20VTEC like a 60/63 or bigger. TiAL WG's are nice good choice, all BOV's are about the same they relieve pressure...

get a big T3/T4 look at www.cheapturbos.com
you can go a lot of ways.
new T3/T4
new BOV
new Wastegate there you have to spend more or less 1k if you want the expensive stuff.
than you need to buy a turboheader or have one made or make it yourself, intercooler, intercooler piping, and fuel/enginemanagement.
A V-AFC Hack with 450cc injectors will work for fuel management.But I would go standalone if I were you.

Used Zdyne's and Hondata's are out there. $400-$700 depending on options and included parts (ecu, burner..)
No direct exp. on T3/4 sizing, but for the price(ish) of a Revhard kit, you could piece together the core parts (IC, manifold, piping, BOV, wastegate, and turbo) AND a decent standalone.
