Definately have a backup vehicle. You'll need gaskets for the turbo, exhaust mani, downpipe, etc. Do you have your downpipe and intercooler piping test fitted? Air filter for the turbo? Vacuum lines for the wastegate and boost gauge? Gaskets for the wastegate? Every little nut and bolt?

Like someone suggested, mock it up. If you have to ask the question you're not ready. I just kinda got all the major pieces together, put everything on, and bought all the little pieces as I went. It helps to have a few days to do it with help, and stores closeby.
