wtb: low boost turbo kit for under $1000-cash ready

hey....im trying to find a cheap low boost turbo kit, doesnt need to be finished, but prefer it would be.....its for a d series, PM/EMAIL ME WITH WHAT YOU HAVE! thanks

$200 for a 94 Eclipse 14b turbo(no shaft play), Volvo stock FMIC, Volvo BOV, HF Manifold. $200 plus shipping.

i've got one. complete turbo kit. every nut, bolt, hose and fitting is included.

t3 turbo
hf mani
cartech FMU
homemade downpipe
non-intercooled charge pipes
currently @ 5 psi
