i was getting a CEL after i went to 2 1/2" mandrel exhaust
from the stock exhaust. i never had a catalytic on stock or 2 1/2", since i got the CEL i took out the bulb from the gauge cluster and i want to put the bulb back in and make sure everything is running right (maybe the CEL on make the motor run in limp mode or slower. so i was thinking i could cover the small holes the o2 has so it won't see much richened exhaust and the CEL wouldn't come on. has anyone done this or know anything about this? i came up with the idea on my own, never seen it done before, maybe it could work.
