ok you had no engine management now heres a question did your engine blow because it wsa running to lean and to rich all the time.. and if you have a safc hack with a air fuel meter wont that make it so that its like running stock?

you cant be lean and ritch at the same time,
lean = not enough fuel, ritch= too much fuel.

but anyways,
what you need is an FMU, it WILL add more fuel.
It increases pressure in the fuel system so more fuel
is added based on the ammount of boost your running.
Its like if you squez a waterbaloon with a hole in it, alot more water squirts out that hole!! get it?

If you can afford it it would be a very good idea to get an upgraded fuel pump also, because the pump may struggle to supply enough fuel that the FMU is trying to force into the engine.

On low boost you could be ok without the pump though, and it sounds like your strapped for cash.

you dont want injectors yet,
that is something you'll want to get with an afc hack, or hondata system.

my plans are to go FMU+ fuelpump on like 6-7psi
then if everything goes well, and my money situation is good, I would upgrade to a better fuel management system, like hondata, or afc hack, with bigger injectors and whatever else is needed.
