91 Acura Legend TT build in progress and My official Noob post w/ newbie nudes
Sorry guys for the lack of updates, I am still ironing out some kinks. I have run it untuned with the gauges and a wideband hooked up to ensure I was staying safe AFR wise. And I must say so far so good sorta.
Good stuff she built 5lbs of boost (which is where the wastegatges are set at for now also as a precaution),
no turbo oil burning or smoking and the turbos are receiving oil took them out to re-install the header exhaust gaskets and it leaked wonderfully all over my garage floor lol.
The bad
need to tweak one of the wastegate dump pipes
hear and feel a little awkwardness in the (still stock) diff or the tranny.
Now for the really bad, she is throwing a knock sensor code not sure why possibly because she is untuned.

Damn, totally let this go a bit (really because I still need to tune it and get a vid up of it actually running. So this will be my forget me not brief update. She is running 11.5-12.5 AFR on average, I ended up fouling the stock plugs up so I have a stage colder plug on the way. The knock sensor was as I had hoped and not plugged in
lol. and at about 8psi she is sick as hell (1/2 way there
). Today I am going to try to throw the AEM F/IC back in the mix now that she is starting and running fairly strong. I also worked out the tranny issue the fluid level was low, but I know my car and caught that after driving less than a block. I am yet to be able to get a chance to test her abilities with any other car yet so I still haven't got a clue what she can really do because the VSS is broken, I will try to fix that today possibly.
I got the power steering back in but there are some quirks there to work out it is still pretty stiff. To much crap that I need to simplify on it.

and I took the dual core cooler and cut it in half so it would fit

I am using it as a tranny cooler, not sure what I will do with the other 1/2

And this is just a pic I took on accident and ended up liking lol.

Just a little update and vid. Got the FIC to clamp the votage to the map sensor at 2.8 volts and worked out a few kinks here in there. I am currently in the test driving having fun phase trying to figure out the best way to tune it with the FIC, chip, safc combo. I really don't care how the FIC cannot cut fuel because the stock map sensor and EGR are a little quirky when it comes to boost so I will do some of the tuning via the chip.
In the vid I am going slow at first so I can time my second gear shift to take place as I pass the camera. It had also just rained so I could not get any good 0-60 shots.
