Could you elaborate on how your twin SC setup didn't work. I mean, did it make any boost? 5PSI? 10? None? I'm only interested in running them in parallel of course.

Correct they are Millenia SC's. They are twin screw compressors too, which are more efficient and better suited higher PR's than a roots blower. I'm surprised it didn't work out for you. Please elaborate on what happened. I'm curious. I still think it will work fine and boost me to 20 PSI though. (It better cause this is a lot of work)

OK,

I do not know WHY it did not work I just know it didt work for me.

First.... I rand two m62 in sequesnce...... Nope, fought themselves.

then I tride parrallel, nope didnt work again.

Now I wil edit this above words of wisdom..... Not sure which I did first, but main point is that NEITHER woreked. One of the worked better than ther other, but even it sucked. It did make 4 psi more than stock, but then the superhcarger belt started SCREAMING.

There is a law of physics that the positive displacement pump cant beat.

I think there was more to the belt slipping than having two sc's running together. I'm willing to bet it was either a pulley alignment problem or trying to run 2 sc's on one belt that caused the problem.

Hmm, so you had 4 pis more that stock. So you had 4 PSI above ambient or were you boosted before and saw a net increase of 4 PSI? And what physics law are you referring to? PV=NRT? So you had belt slippage. That would defenately keep you from making boost. Is that what happened? Did you have an autotensioner or were you manually tensioning the belt? Did it have good belt wrap? I mean, I KNOW one of these blowers will make boost. There are many SC kits that use a 1L SC for my car. The kits boost to 12 PSI, but after that your out of the SC's efficiency range. Some push them harder, but you're quickly fighting a loosing battle to make HP.

Maybe not 40% but i would guess maybe 40 hp at the 300 hp level. Total guess.
